By accessing and using TripPrep Tools ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our tools, including but not limited to the Visa Checklist, Currency Converter, and Jet-Lag Planner, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their calculations or the information provided.
3. User Responsibility
You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such content. Crucially, you are solely responsible for verifying your own visa and passport requirements before international travel.
4. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion and without any notice. Changes to our Terms become effective on the date they are posted.
